We are pleased to have Howard Caygill speaking at the KiSS Shakespeare and Sovereignty series with a talk entitled ‘Laertes’ Revolt and the Limits of Popular Sovereignty’. It will take place on December 3 in the Gallery at the Rose Theatre, Kingston. We will start at 5.30 pm. The event is free and everyone is welcome to attend.

Howard Caygill is a Professor of Modern European Philosophy at the University of Kingston. A world renown scholar, he has written widely on philosophy, aesthetics, and literature, most recently a book entitled On resistance: a philosophy of defiance.
